I cannot find what I am looking for through the app. Only when I use my laptop the (website works) i can search for stuff. Im just concerned why they have not updated this app since 1June2021??? The prices seem low but I'm concerned.

Good quality books and cheap compared to takealot, my problem is you don't answer your emails please remove answering machine and communicate with your customers. One last thing your tracking issues we want to know when you are delivering. But thanks at least I finally got my order
Loot is the worst online company I have ever dealt with. I reported a week ago that they sent me the wrong item and they have done nothing about it. I live 5km away from their office. If they cared at all about their customers they would have fixed it within hours. There deliveries always take longer than expected and they take ages to respond to emails if they do at all. It's no wonder they cannot compete with takealot. Will never use them again.
